Brandon Picou and family friends Timothy Bollinger and Colby Williams caught several big snapper on July 25 out of Venice.
“We caught several jumbo snappers chasing 20 plus pound fish out of Venice. All fish were caught around the 200 foot water depth using live bait. We focused on subtle bottom changes on the outskirts of the rigs. The bite was much slower than usual fishing a few days post tropical storm, but we managed to pull a great weekend with some big snapper being landed. All fish were caught from a Blackjack 256.”
