On a surprisingly mild afternoon, Tim Goodwin caught this 6-pounder that was tagged and released for another angler to catch another day. It was caught in 2 foot of water on a Senko. The big female was caught on the south end of Vernon Lake on Feb. 20, 2026 while fishing with his brother, Moby, from Lake Charles.
