Cody Walker shot his first deer the morning of Jan. 18 while hunting with his grandpa, East Feliciana Parish Chief Criminal Deputy Bill Cox. He shot it on DMAP property in Blairstown, La., owned by Bobby Jones (East Feliciana Parish).
