Over 80ft bulkheaded on the MS side of East Pearl in pearlington with a large 2 story with roofed upper deck and 2 slip boathouse equipped with 2 6000 lb lifts, storage closet, outdoor shower, fish cleaning station.    This is a unique spot one of very few on the East pearl.    7 miles to gulf.  Easy access to rogolets, lake borgne,  biloxi marsh even chandeleurs within 20 miles.  Go north to cypress swamp and seclusion.  Hunt the WMA10s of 1000s of acres.  Ladwf boat launch across river but thats it.  Nothing but marsh to watch sunset over.   Life has changed for us and our dream of building wont happen.  The boathouse we built about 10years ago.  Its solid!
