2017 Nauticstar 227 XTS.  Original owner – purchased from Aqua Marine in New Orleans.  Low hours (220) on a Yamaha 200hp.  Always flushed and washed after every use.  Engine oil and lower unit fluid changed annually.  As part of preventive maintenance, just had the impeller changed (every 3 years).  Kept under cover since new.  Ipilot trolling motor – 36v with 3 bank charger.  24v cranking with 2 bank charger.  Simrad GO 7 with/GPS.  All batteries less than 1-2 years old.   Extras: Underwater LED lights (stern), am/fm/bluetooth radio w/2 speakers, swim platform, s/s prop, trailer w/5 tires, ropes, bumpers, maps.  Boat is located in Slidell, LA.
