Seabrook?

Just read Todd Massons report about bank fishing at Seabrook. Never been to this place but would love to drag my kayak with me to work one day and do an evening recon mission to scratch off a Jack from my bucket list! Anyone have any information on where to go? Where to launch? I googled it and it appears to be East of the Causeway on the lakefront? Is that right? Is it near the 'New Orleans Lakefront Airport'? Not looking for anybody's secret honey hole, just some general information that might help increase my chances of landing some Jacks and/or Reds. My personal email is Daniel.lafountain@yahoo.com if you don't want to post in the public forum. Thanks and tight lines!

Danno23,Ya need to get out after dem tackle-busting Jacks soon as me and a Medicare Client of mine witnessed a few of those comical 'synchronized mullet dances' just yesterday and we could not clearly id what the culprit was, though I saw quite a few mullet tosses and think the likely culprits were monster Jacks/or bull reds.I spotted absolute beast of a red Tuesday and he gave me very short ride in my 16 by 52 Southfork but thankfully spit the hook(bull red of at least 25 lbs)!!!Killin' me to be stuck in front of a computer but gotta tend to Medicare Training and not much time left too finish it and just bout done but me and buddy will be tackling deer food plot chores Mon and Tues though we may sneak in sight-fishing trip.Fishing for reds like these via paddle board or stand-up yak would be incredible!!Water had been pristine and could easily spot puppy drum, reds trying to hide amongst mullet schools, etc and fun watching em destroy Bomber!!!Not sure who carries Yum Mud Minnows but that is brand Bomber comes with and I threaded on probably one of the absolute killer soft plastics, think MirroLure marsh minnow and other for sure was Reaction Innovations Skinny Dipper(incredible tail action not seen in any other soft plastics, hands down my bro!!!)
