Ty Joseph Barras, 7, of Lafayette was duck hunting on opening day of the first split, Nov. 23, 2019, with his dad, Blye Joseph Barras, and his Paw Paw, Todd Cullen, and they killed eight teal. Ty Joseph was super excited, as this was his first duck hunt! He was also learning to use his Paw Paw’s favorite duck call.
