Kayden Arceneaux was hunting at Sherburne WMA on Jan. 2, 2022 when he killed this 8-point that weighed 161 pounds and had a 15 1/4-inch inside spread.
“I took my oldest son, Kayden Arceneaux, on his first public land hunt. We got him and his younger brother climbing stands for Christmas, so he got the chance to break it in. Got him set up on some heavy used trails. He got his first deer from a climber, first 8-point, first time hunting public land too. Definitely proud dad moment!”
