When fishing for speckled trout, we sometimes have fish catch us, as was the case with this redfish and drum. The drum was caught and released on Dec. 3, 2021 in a bayou near Pointe Aux Chene. The (40″) redfish was caught and released on Dec. 7, 2022 in a bayou near Pointe Aux Chene. Pictured in both pictures is Jim Kullman from Morgan City.
