My friends and I fished Hopedale on Dec. 14-Dec. 16 in some pretty rough weather conditions with wind gusts upwards of 30 miles an hour in a pontoon boat. We stuck it out and managed to catch some very nice reds along with some specks, sheepshead, and blue cats. We brought along my friend’s brother from Denver, for his first trip to Hopedale, and were able to get him his first bull red. Conditions aside it ended up being a great trip.”
