We were fishing down river in Venice when I hooked what I originally thought was a nice trout but quickly realized I had hooked into a large red. Thirty minutes later we landed the largest redfish I had ever caught, then quickly took a few pics and released it to fight again. After that we finished out our limit of trout and headed back to the camp. Great time fishing with friends and family.
