Tommy Henry, 9, loves fishing for catfish. He and his dad, Lance, went out on the Red River just down from Alexandria the night of April 30, 2021. They set some lines and fished from the boat. They had caught about 10 blue cats already when Tommy hooked up with this nice 14-pound spotted cat. He did it all himself, from setting the hook to reeling it in. He was using an Abu Garcia 6500 with 40-pound test and a 7-foot catfish pole.
