New Jersey fishermen watch as huge shark wrecks their boat
A pair of New Jersey anglers got more than they were looking recently when a 300-pound mako shark leaped into their boat while they were, well, shark fishing.
“We look up and the balloon is coming at us, like a scene out of ‘Jaws,'” Capt. Tom Rostron Jr. said. “I look up and the thing does a 15-foot somersault.
“It just went crazy. He flipped in and just started wrecking everything.”
The boat, named the “TNT,” sustained an estimated $5,000 in damage.
