The weather was the reason for a late start out of Sweetwater this morning, but eventhough it started slow the bite turned on at about 8:30. Captain Jack fished with the Goscha group and brought back 43 big beautiful Trout. Captain Billy brought in 61 Specks, some Bull Reds and a couple of Sheepshead. Captain Britt was back at the dock with 40 Specks some Big Reds and a couple of Sheepshead. They all used Sweetwater live bait and fished Black Bay. As fast as you can cast, you can reel em in. Check out Nicholas Goscha with his catch, that's how memories are made.

Hats off to Captain Jack!! He left the dock of Sweetwater this morning with a crew of 4 kids. School opens next week and the kids wanted to reel in one more good time. It was 5:30 when he pulled away from the dock and headed for Battledore Reef. The bite started slow but then it took off. The Kids really impressed Captain Jack, reelin em in one after another. As fast as they could bait their hook and cast out, another one was being reeled in.They fished with Sweetwater live bait under a popping cork about 4'down. The kids got back to the dock around 11:00 with 58 trout,4 sheepshead and 1 drum. Good job Lonnie D, Tyler B, Lindsey and Jessie G. Captain Jack is very proud of you. Charters and lodging available.
