Sorry to post this here but the more eyes the better.

If anyone on the forum knows where I can find a 94 - 96 Evinrude or Johnson V4 engine cowl please let me know. Mine suffered some serious damage on the road one day and I need to locate one that is in good structural condition. Paint and decals is not a problem. Just no holes or cracks in the glass.

Thank you!

Made three trips to Verret in the past month with no luck. Tried Flat lake early Saturday morning with only a few small sac-a-lait brought to the boat. You could see small fish and plenty of mullet 4 - 6 feet down because the water was so clear. First time I ever site fished. You could put the bait right in front of the fish and watch them take it in. Attempted to follow the advice from the June article but you couldn\'t get to the trees with all the vegetation on the water. Packed up about 3 hours later and took a stab at Verret on the north and into the Cracker Head canals with only a few small bream. Did get to see a three foot gator. Threw tube jigs, hair jigs, with crappie nibbles, w/o nibbles, crickets and nothing to bring home for dinner.

A comment titled: Found cover in response to a report titled: Need engine cover to go fishing

Made a trip to The Boat Yard and I ended up finding one in excellent condition to repaint. No cracks, chips of damage. Just faded. Made it out of there for $70 with tax.

Boutte, LA
$2000.00

I'm in the Gonzales area and looking for someone that stocks marine plywood and someone that stocks resin and fiberglass mat on the roll (not folded in a package).

Anywhere other than New Orleans for the plywood that anyone knows of?
