We had a group of scaup come in this morning and while picking up the birds found one with a fishing lure hooked to his foot. It had about a 12' leader with a swivel and another 24' of some type of heavy braided line. The lure is a Flicker Shad.Will have it mounted with the lure.

Great youth weekend for my son and his buddy. Hunted Saturday and they killed 9. Left the duck lease and ended the day with 6 redfish and 2 specs. Hunted again Sunday and they got 7.

Finished the first spilt today with my son and one of his buds. Brought 13 home and lost 3 to the gators. Not a bad day!

We were able to get out and chase a few frogs Thursday night. First time frogging for the little one. We ended up with 15 nice frog thanks to Cody and Derek. The boys had a great time.

Can anyone comment on the youth waterfowl hunts at the Sherburn South Farm? My son was selected for a hunt on December 28th and we wanted to find out what we could about the hunting there.

We are planning a trip offshore to try and catch a few AJ's, Lemon's, Grouper??. It would be my 10 year old son, my 16 year old son (Both have never been offshore but have been wanting to go) and three adults. What guides out there would be the best for me to contact for a trip like this.

Dad's dream hunt. Hunted youth hunt Saturday in the East zone and could not have asked for a better day. The ducks were working like they shoud and the boys ages 8 and 13 finished their limits by 08:00.
