We had a good trip Friday in Dularge, wind was not too bad. The fish were not aggressive at times and then they would turn on at other times. They were caught on numerous baits, HLT swim baits and matrix shad pink and avocado did the most damage. Can't wait for the next trip!!

Friday was the best trip I have had in Dularge for the trout, I have a Express boat so I don't like to go out in the gulf during the summer months and this was the 2nd winter trip I have made. It was a success and the High Life Swimmers did the trick. Good luck to everyone fishing and I can't wait till next trip comes around!!!

We had a good day in the DU on Friday, caught a lot of fish and came home with a good mess for the frying pan. We were on the trout all morning, they were the small 11 inch fish but there is nothing like having the steady bite. Braylon was able to take these 2 nice bucks this year on our family land, he proved to me that he is a good hunter and can be trusted in making the right decision. He let plenty of nice bucks go waiting on a big boy to come along. When he had the chance to take them out he made a excellent shot and there was very little tracking involved. My buddy left work early Thursday to head to Mississippi for a weekend of hunting. I told him it would be a good weekend if he could handle the cold. He was very excited Friday morning when this bruiser came out at 7:45 and he took a 75 yard shot with his 45-70. The deer only ran about 10 yards. Just wanted to tell him congrats.
