Went by a friend's private 2 acre pond yesterday and there were numerous male bass on beds. Why is this happening in mid May???

SECRETARY OF WILDLIFE AND FISHERIES JUST ORDERED AN EMERGENCY OPENING OF THE WHITE SHRIMP SEASON IN LOUISIANA. The Order goes from Vermilion Bay all the way east excluding the Mouth of the Mississippi River. Check everything with your local authorities. I was asked by a friend at the capital to spread the word. Tight Lines!

Got boat checked out and no sign of ethanol problems this year. Guess the Seafoam and gas stabilizer worked. Heading to Marsh Island to check and see if crabs are running. Anyone been lately?

A few cam pics of 4 bucks who happened to show up one night.....never saw them before in month of August....and they haven't shown up again...have 7 pt and another 8 pt with huge brow tines who feed here nightly.....these are completely different guys....strange.......
