Spent the weekend at Camp Greazy Prop with Bart, JayBird, Pumpkin, Lee, and Hunter. Weather was beautiful and there were plenty of fish to be caught. Ended the weekend with a nice mess of trout fillets and a load of Reds on the Halfshell. Now its time to get in on some Deer.

Smoked the Redfish this past weekend(Sept 22 and 23) at Camp Greazy Prop. Had Jimmy, Jack, Glenn, Mike, Jaybird and myself there for the weekend. Caught a good mess of reds and the crabs were running pretty good too.

Had a good time chasing Reds this past weekend at the Greazy Prop. We decided to enter the Krewe Of Hercules Tournament but could not hit the leader board with our mess of Reds. Managed to send our guests home with another mess of Half shells and had plenty of laughs. Can't wait till next time!

Chartered a Whitliejo Company trout trip with Capt. Marty Lacoste for the guys at Bulldog Frac Rentals out of Shreveport on July 19th. We didn't manage to kill the trout, but the ones we did catch were big. Sharks were every where! Even had one bite a Hardhead in half at the boat. Had fun fellas. See you next time.

Went on a Family Vacation with the In-Laws. The men managed to get away for a Fishing Trip on Tuesday July 24th. Myself, Eric, Craig, Ryan, and Troy managed to boat a few of the Legal Snapper Variety, Some tough fighting King Mackeral(Alabamans love these to eat??) Eric fought a 120lb 6-7ft shark for 45 minutes and he also hooked a 75lb Sailfish that made 3 jumps. Had fun and can't wait to go.... Read More

Had a business trip(Whitliejo Specialty Co) set up with Scott Bourque and Lance Adamson of Bourque Sales and Service. Started the trip out Tuesday Night with a guided Trout trip by Capt. Marty Lacoste of Absolute Fishing Charters. Man what a night! Started fishing right at dark and had 100 fat trout in the ice chest by 11:30pm. An absolute Red Mess at Camp Greazy Prop this weekend. Had the Mississippi Stump Jumpers come down for a try at some of this good Fishing. Had a wonderful time with Jaime, Trevor, Gage, Jimmy ' SILVER SLIDER', G. Slim Rich, myself, and crew. We smoked the Redfish in Record Time each day and had some good laughs. Had a fun crew of 10 at the Greazy Prop last weekend. Did a few work details and chased the Redfish on Saturday. High winds had the water muddy by 10am on Saturday. With three boats fishing, we ended up catching around 30 redfish. Better than most from the weekend posts.

Took my hillybilly buddies out today despite the bad weather reports. Myself, Bart, Uncle Jessie Clark, and Herman Holy Moly ended up with a nice mess of reds and drum. Had a good time fellas.

I was reading a post and saw that using Raw Sweet Potatoes for deer feed is illegal. Ive never used them, but was wondering the reasoning behind it. Do they ferment and cause disease to the deer? Are they like crack to a deer? I was just wondering and thought it to be a good topic of discussion?

Went to our camp this weekend knowing there was not much of a tide. We decided to sleep in and hit the water at about 9:00 am. By 10, we were surprised and already coming in with a limit of Reds. Mel smoked em this weekend with little effort and came home with a mess full of halfshells. All I had to do was take care of netting the fish. All in all, it was a great weekend with my 3.... The Greazy Prop Crew was down in Dulac last weekend. Jimmy, Jaime, Shawn, Colby, Kevin, and Blake managed to box a few reds and specks in between the beer drinking. Nice fish fellas.

Went to the camp this weekend with family and friends. We chased trout on Saturday and Sunday morning. Didn't need to catch a limit to fill the boxes. The trout caught were big. Using a secret color that nobody ever mentions. LOL. Surely not Orange Crush or Limetruce. Toby, Jimmy, Colby and Chris crushed the trout while Jay and Matthew limited on reds. Had some interesting moments and conversations this weekend at the Camp. Myself and Kevin did alright on Big trout this weekend on live minnows. No limits but nice trout. Team Pas Bon of Jaybird and Punkin caught easy limit of Reds on Saturday with Punkin putting most in the boat. Ran his mouth like he is a professional and he's a real Pisser. LOL. The Fellas(COLBY LIGHTLOAFER, CUMMSHOTT, AND JIMDOG) did Pretty Good Last weekend at Camp Greazy Prop. Limited out for a good meal Saturday and Had a limit by 7:30 Sunday Morning. We will see what we can do with a big crew this weekend coming! See you on the salty water.

Had a fun crew at the Greazy Prop this Weekend. Jimmy, Richard, George, Shane, KVG, and myself. We wanted to chase trout but the winds and dirty water forced us to chase Reds. We put a hurting on the Redfish this weekend with all limiting out each day and catching around 70 fish total! I can't wait for calmer winds to get on some trout.

The Greazy Prop Crew of Jimmy, Bart, Shawn, Colby, and Babineaux managed to net a nice limit of reds Saturday. I'm sure more Budlight cans hit the trash than red guts though!

Fought the 20mph winds and managed to catch a few nice Reds to bring in the New Year! We will see what 2011 will be at the Greazy Prop!
