Inshore Fishing in Lake Pontchartrain / Northshore in Southeast Louisiana
Before the Big Front-Bridges Starting to Produce
Just before the big north winds started this week, Lake Pontchatrain was starting to crank up. The winds stayed out of north last few days but never went out of the west so the northern tear of the lake is still nice and clean and look for some pretty good catches to come off the bridge this week. Live shrimp on the bottom is best choice but if you wanting to throw plastics, watch the newest DockSide TV episode as we were armed with Matrix Shad only.
All our captains are in full swing and the lake is at its peak for the fall.
