Boat opinions
I have what I think is a great opportunity to purchase a boat I have fished out of for 6 years. I would appreciate any comments good or bad. Hull is 18'center console welded aluminum built by Charles Leonard (Belle River) 2001. Motor is E-tec 150 salt series 2007 with SS prop and four years of warranty left. Trailer is 2007 Mike Gerald BR. Just needs a new windshield. Price is $15,000 no interest.My uncle wants to pass it on. I fish Pointe a la Hache.

you don't have anything to worry about with the boat. Charles Leonard makes one hell of a boat. I have rode in one of his old bass boats that he made for his own use, he used the allison craft pad on it and it rode just as good as a fiberglass bass boat. Only problem i see is that E-tec.... lol just kidding...

Yeah, it will fly. At cruise it gets around 6 mpg, but will set you back in your seat when you open the throttle.60 mph is no problem, haven't opened her up yet because thats just a little too fast in the marsh.
