Boundaries ? Can?t go East of I-55

Best 5 Bass - 12? Minimum - Weigh-In will be @ 2:00 pm at St. James Boat Club

All fish will be released back into Blind River

Adult Division - $50 Entry Fee + $10 Big Bass (Optional) Partner or Single

Student Division (HS) - $20 Entry Fee + $5 Big Bass (Optional) Must have a Partner

Based on 50 Boat Participation

Adult Payout Student Payout

1st - $1,000 Big Bass is Winner Take All 1st - $400

2nd - $300 For Adults & Students 2nd - $120

3rd - $100 3rd - $40

Entry Fee Should be Paid in Cash - Entry Form & Fee Can be Mailed to:

Should be Postmarked by Friday, Feb. 23, 2018

Entries will also be taken the Morning of the Tournament before 6:00 am

Is it $50 per boat or $50 an angler with 2 angler per boat?

$50 per boat plus an optional $10 for big bass per boat.

We have entry forms for this tournament at Z's Tackle in Lutcher and at Ascension Living & Outdoors in Gonzales. You can also register the morning of the tournament. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. Thanks for your support & cooperation. God Bless!!

If anyone would like me to email them an entry form just let me know. We will also be taking registrations the morning of the tourney. We will also be serving Jambalaya to all the fishermen during the weigh-in. There have been several good reports of some nice fish being caught in Blind River so grab a partner and come have a good time on March 3. God Bless!!

I would like to thank everyone who came out today and fished our 2nd Annual LHS Fishing Club tournament out of Blind River today. We had 57 boats fish today. Here are the results. In the student division 2nd place went to the team of Connor Rushing & Dakota Stewart with a weight of 6.06 and they had the Big Bass for the students with a 3.75 lb. fish. 1st place in the student division went to Logan St. Pierre & Peyton Laiche with 6.68 lbs. On the adult side the Big Bass went to Cody Roper who had a nice bass that weighed 4.06 lbs. In 3rd place was Blaine Delapasse with 11.06 lbs, 2nd place went to the team of Harley Simon & Michael Louque with 11.52, and the 1st place team was Jacob Stein & Blake Polk with 12.85.
