Catch up report

Our trout fishing is in full force offshore. The last couple of days we've been battling showers on the coast early then the pop up showers which can be very tricky. I don't mind rain but I don't mess with the lightening. The winds have been calm which has helped when I've needed to run from them. Double rigged Matrix Shad worked extremely slow almost like working a worm has been the best. I've been mainly using Avocado, Shrimp Creole and the Holy Joely but with water quality being so good I'm sure other colors would work. Here are some pictures from Thursday's trip with Gaiennie Lumber, Friday with Kirk Johnson's crew, and today with Mike Crosse's crew.
