The 7th Annual “Gun Bash” and dance of the Central Louisiana Branch of the Quality Deer Management Association (QDMA) will be held on Saturday, August 4th, 2012 at the Riverfront Center in downtown Alexandria, Louisiana.
Tickets for this year’s event are on sale now. This event has traditionally been “sold-out” prior to the event. Therefore we are asking that you please purchase your tickets early to avoid missing the event.
The Central Louisiana Branch of QDMA respectfully asks that you and/or your company make a donation that will help with our fund-raising efforts. Donations may be gift certificates, merchandise, products, hunting/fishing trips, monetary, or anything else that you wish. This event is a true family affair so items that appeal to the hunter, their spouse, and their children will be available. QDMA is a qualifying non-profit organization; therefore your donation is tax deductible.
Money raised at this event will be used to fund various education and research projects aimed at promoting the four cornerstones of QDMA: Herd Management, Habitat Management, Hunter Management, and Herd Monitoring. The Central LA Branch has been heavily involved in promoting youth hunting and shooting activities such as the National Archery in the Schools Program, 4-H Shooting Sports, and various youth hunting opportunities.
Once again this year, the “Gun Bash” portion of the evening will be followed by a live band and dance. The band Sideshow, from Lafayette, will be performing for your entertainment.
We look forward to seeing you again at the Central Louisiana Branch of the QDMA “Gun Bash” and dance on Saturday, August 4th, 2012.
Sincerely,
Darren Boudreaux
