We have 2 memberships available for the 2024/25 deer season.

Located in north Mississippi, about 30 minutes south of Oxford. East of Water Valley.

Dues are $2,200 which includes year round access to the property. We lease 3300 acres. Currently we have 22 members. All acreage connected. A membership includes your spouse and school age children. A membership includes 2 bucks, 5 does, 2 Tom turkeys, hogs, predators. Membership includes access to the camp house and skinning shed. Campers allowed.
All new members are required to put up two stands. All stands are club stands. There is a check in board on property where you place a pin where you are hunting. It’s first come first served.
A minimum of two full work days are required.
We plant 40 food plots every year. Currently we have over 60 stands.
