Tuna bite is heating up. Been catching some studs. I have one remaining weekend day open for the year Oct 27. Let’s get on them. Amberjack Lagniappe. Last weeks pics

After a little lull tuna bite is getting better for us. Fishing hard and grinding is getting the job done. We have Aug 18 open. Amberjack season will open in August and that?s a guaranteed way to get some white meat after catching tuna. Give us a call Captain Dylan ?(225) 287-5821?

The fishing offshore has been really consistent on our day meat trips and the overnight tuna trips continue to produce. The rip is starting to get really consistent and August’s calm weather usually allows it to stay formed up tight. The mahi and wahoo bite has been great and a lot of marlin are being caught.
The mangrove bite has been on fire. Last trip produced our 4 man limit of 40 in a little over an hour and the next had our 6 man limit of 60 in 57 minutes! Fun for all ages, great eating, and quickly done and off to the next thing. Give us a call we have a few open August days. Ride on a comfortable 34’ Venture with 300’s. They are highly migratory. They can move in overnight, or not. Might be tomorrow, might be in 3 weeks. You just have to stay on top of them and be willing to work when they don’t make it easy.
