Here is a report from this Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday! Capt. Jack went out Friday and Saturday...came back with limits of beautiful red fish...some really beautiful red fish Saturday! Three days of red fish (Thursday, Friday and Saturday)...probably boated, at least, 150 red fish!....of course, he only kept his limit...25 each day! Some pretty awesome red fishing! Reports from our customers...Thursday-Sunday...lots of hit and misses! Honestly, can say the best trout fishing came from the Lake Robin area, some in Four horse and Round Lake! One of our customers fished on the outside and caught 105 2-5Ib trout...no exaggeration...some 24-25 inches...haven't seen those in a while! As far as yesterday and today..reports weren't so good! Charter guides went out and caught limits of reds...customers caught a few here and there..but we only launched a few boats each day...so, who really knows...there were no regulars out! So, one good thing to report...the weather is looking better and better for the weekend! We are having Rick's Cabaret Fishing tournament this weekend! Awesome payouts! They are paying back 80% of all proceeds to winning anglers....$2500 for 1st place speckled trout...$2500 1st place red fish....other 20 % goes to wish to fish organization...kayaks are welcome..there will be goodie bags...and live music Friday night...free beer and spirits...award ceremony held at Rick's Cabaret on Saturday night! So, if you are interested in fishing...come on down....whether or not you are fishing the tournament...should be some pretty good weather! We have plenty of live shrimp! We have the E- cards from Grand Isle to Mississippi...for a special price....$175...that's a bargain! These chips have the easiest routes highlighted in red and yellow colors...and we have plenty of new standard Delacroix map.... Tido's Vodka tournament is here at Sweetwater on the 23rd and 24th of June....so, come pick up a map or e-card and win the tournament! Can't wait to see you here at Sweetwater Marina!
