Took my son fishing out of Cocodrie this morning and came home with 43. Fourty-three of the fifty cocahoe minnows we bought. Started off at West Timbalier no birds no bait activity then worked our way west to Pt. Mast, several rigs, Last Island, reefs in Pelto. No specks to be found, only managed to catch a few sailcats on artificial baits under birds. No bites on live minnows. People we talked to said what trout they caught were caught at daylight and the bite didn't last very long.
