Camp features:

Up for sale is my camp floating in Venice Marina. Sleeps 5 with 3 bunk beds, comfy sofa and lazy boy type chair and separate bedroom that sleeps 2. Camp has aluminum pontoons that are foam filled and insulated so they never sweat. there is no evidence of corrosion anywhere on this aluminum house boat and under sides are coated with a special bottom coat that absolutely insures that you will never have corrosion. Electrical system is protected by a galvanic isolator (ensures that your anodes are isolated from other boats tied to the same power grid) and Magnesium anodes always maintained. Camp has been used personally for 10+ years but can easily be modified to accommodate over night rental to generate income. Electric service provided by Entergy via the marina as well as water. Camp has a sewer treatment plant and all waste is treated and never needs emptying, only a Rid-X tablet once a month. Camp can also be located remotely as it has a solar panel with 12 Volt lighting as well as a rain catching system to collect rain water in case you want to use it as a duck camp away from the marina. Camp can be very easily set up to run off of a generator if located remotely. (the perfect duck hunting camp to be put in the marsh or most remote locations) Surround sound system and flat screen TV with sub woofer is included.
