Tommy Vidrine was back at the jetties this weekend in Grand Isle. Vidrine made the switch to free-lining pogey after the trout didn’t bite well on shrimp. During the trip Vidrine hooked up with what he knew was a good fish. After getting the fish in the boat, Vidrine and his crew estimated the trout, which measured 26 inches, to be between seven and eight pounds.
