On windy days, sometimes you can take advantage of the early morning hours before the wind picks up and that’s exactly what Captain Travis Miller did recently. Once Miller and his clients found clean water, they tied on double rigs with 1/4 oz jig heads and Shrimp Creole Matrix Shads. The key to catching was working the bait slow. It will stay windy for a few days but Miller urges anglers to get out and try regardless.
