Marsh Man Masson vid: This confirms it. Speckled trout definitely inside the marsh

Fish have made the move early this year.

Just a few days after locating a bunch of keeper speckled trout in an interior lake, Marsh Man Masson went way deep into the marsh looking for redfish and bass, and what did he find? Yep, more speckled trout, including some really nice fish.

Most years, there aren’t many keeper speckled trout inside until at least mid-September, but this summer, the fish have made the move early, and in significant numbers. It’s an excellent harbinger of the action to come.

Baits that produced fish included Zoom Z-Craws, Zoom Speed Craws and Matrix Shads under Versamaxx Bolt corks.
