Frogs can certainly get bites anywhere on the lake, but vegetation is the key to consistent results.

“The bass spawn sort of trickled down the lake north to south last year, but you have much more vegetation south,” Johnny Watkins said. “There are also more primary and secondary points in the southern portion.
