The White Oak Plantation is 420 acres of beautiful Whitetail habitat located in Woodville, Mississippi. White Oak Plantation in Woodville, Mississippi specializes in trophy Whitetail Deer hunting. Also available is wild hog hunts and Spring Turkey hunts. I purchased this property in 2007 for the purpose of letting deer grow to their potential. I had the property high fenced right after I purchased the land.The deer herd have been fed high protein pellets since 2007. We have not harvested a single deer since the purchase of this property.

We have a 2 story, 8 bedroom, 4 bath 6,400 sq. ft. lodge on the property for your stay.

This year, we are offering 3-day hunts, on any deer 8 points or better. We have a "No Kill, No Pay" guarantee.Cost is $500.00 a point, with a 3-day hunt.
