This Saturday calls for 50% chance of showers and thunderstorms (but we all know how great weathermen are). For those of us planning to go south to fish will the rain/wind put a detour in your plans to go south?

This is what I have learned over the years from fishing with Terry Googins.. for one thing the lake is either hit or miss..stay on the bottom, work ya bait in a varity of ways till ya find the presentation they want, you must be able to sight fish as well as feel the lil tics, sometimes you will not feel the fish but you will see your line jump slightly, know the lake conditions, tide times and ranges ect, try not to stay in one spot long.. I can go on and on, but the main thing i can say is keep that bait on the bottom working in different presentations and move often till you find them.. the more you go the more you will know about the lake, stay dedicated.. good luck hope this helps..

it went very smooth last year with all the boats but not everyone will launch there.. but if i didnt know about the tourney and come upon all that traffic i would find elsewhere to launch.

with the miss, is your boat still running at full rpm`s. if not check plug wires. if no change, check voltage running threw magneto, and stator. should get 12+ volts.. anything below that you will have a potential problem.
