u must have your video embeded...which is easily done by....

I have a 23 hp longtail go-devil, vanguard engine. On land runs excellent revs to wide open throttle, on the water with any load at all in the boat it will only run to 3/4 throttle. I kind of sputters out, but if i spray carb cleaner into intake it will get to wide open but as soon as carb spray burns out it goes back to 3/4 throttle. Any ideas or past experiences would help me. Thanks

Went frogging friday night on a friends duck lease out of cannons landing.Two boats had 290 frogs by 1130 pm baited some jugs and had two nice cats not a bad night. Come on big duck season
