I normally throw some noddles out while i bass fish and perch jeck down Reserve Canal near the south side of Lake Maurpas and under I55 near ruddock. But id like to try somewhere different.

Lauched out of Peavine road in Laplace last weekend 8-11-12 and we fished the power lines. Caught 5 Hardheads, 4 Gafftops, 1 Lady Fish and a 30-35lb Jack Carvelle. Everything was caught on dead shrimp. The lady fish was the biggest lady fish i have ever seen, it was about 18'.
