I don't keep bass very often. I do fish all the local tourn around Morgan City. I'd rather see someone keep 5 knot heads under 14' than see a picture of a ice chest full of 3 pounders. Also I'd really like to see the mature spawning females caught in tourn not taken from the basin/marsh & let go somewhere else.

My 6yr old & I are looking through pictures of last year at our duck camp. We wanted to share our memories with you. Seth has been in a duck blind since 2. Last year he maned up to the 410 & and joined in on the fun.

I got my Gadwall back last week & wanted to see what yall thought. I've never seen a Grey mounted. The pintail is from a couple years ago.
Its a shame we use to kill so many birds & could not afford to mount them now I'm older and the birds are alot harder to come by.

Seth & Blake came home with 9 bluewings Saturday morning. These boys did a great job shooting. They would have had a limit easy but .410 steel shot is junk! They dusted birds at 20yrds to watch them fly off! Well I guess the coons got to eat too.

I visited the delta today. I feel I must inform fellow hunters that our world has changed. I started hunting the delta 18 years ago & feel like I know it just as good as anyone. My father n law Jesse LeBlanc Caught this 8lb Monster somewhere south of Gibson. They also had a dozen other trout over 5lbs. I believe this one is headed to the taxidermist. This fish measured over 30'

Wish we still had a spring teal season. Just came from the lease and it is stupid with teal. I Wish they would still show up here in Sept like they do in April. Might have to make a hunt in the morning with the Nikon.

Last year I purchased a new Browning Gold 10ga. the fire pin will not strike the primmer hard enough to fire the shell sometimes. I can stick the same shell back in the gun and shoot it. I've shot several brands of shells and they all do the same thing. I called Browning they were no help what so ever. They said the gun was not lubricated. All in all had a great season. I did not miss a weekend. I can count on one hand the hunts I didn't limit. We killed birds when we put out the effort and didn't when we didn't. Nick Rock with the banded speck.

TELL THE TRUTH HEP THAT GOOSE DIED OF A MASSIVE HEART....
I was out there last week for 2 days and didn't see anything to fire me up. I burned 12 gallons of gas in my Prodrive. I've been talking to people east & west of us and they all say they have got birds so, whats up no one on here talking about it.
