Looking for some info on night vision scopes. Anybody has one, used one, looked through one? I am going to buy my first night vision set-up and have no clue what to expect. Does anybody demo these things? I don't want to spend all that money and not have the scope live up to its hype. Would like to know what to expect as far as usable range on each generation. Made my first hunt of the year and scored this 8. Bucks were chasing does the whole hunt. Made a horrible shot on him, but he fell within 30 yards and in sight of the stand.
