Now the next video was shot one week after Hurricane Isaac, all the underwater vegetation is gone. It looks like the marsh threw up; however, the fishing is still off the charts, and finally a week ago the water got crystal clear again. We don't have the vegetation underneath; but if you get shallow enough.... the water is crystal clear and the reds; well have a good pair of costa's keep your.... Read More

This is what Delacroix sight fishing looked like prior to Isaac. Look at all the healthy underwater vegetation that made it such an incredible place to sight fish reds. This is what we call black water. Aboard M/V 186 Gator Trax / Extreme Flats with a 115 Yamaha, this boat is very fast and can get in an out of anywhere, we were in about 10 ' when Capt. I called Louie the fish last night asked him if he wanted to go sight fishing some BIG HOPEDALE SLOTS REDS in the shallows,,, in the New Team Gator Trax flats, he said lets do it, I said the water is gonna be low, but the boat draft about 6' and does almost 50 mph....we will not have any trouble.. Louie has been fishing a lot of bass lately and was ready for some reds... Well I hadn't fished.... Read More

Well another beautiful day in the Biloxi Marsh launch at 0500 am this morning out of BSM, wanted to beat the crowds of BP workers that have to report to work early in the morning down the road...!! that's road is real busy after 0500 am so get to BSM early!!!!
