Just trying to find out some information on fishing Lake Ponchartrain. Would be launching around Slidell. Never fished the lake but wanting to learn it. Fished the Rigolets a couple times years ago. All info would be appreciated, spots to try, launch, hazards to look out for in the water.

I am looking to start fishing in Lake Pontchartrain. I live in Mississippi and will be coming in through Slidell. Can someone tell me where I can launch and fish the Hwy 11 bridge. Any help would be appreciated.
