Going to Grand Isle this weekend with the family. I know it's early for surf fishing, so where should I go? I won't have a boat euther. Not looking for your honey hole just an idea so I can put my fiancé on a few fish. Thanks in advance!

Welp we were there over the Easter weekend didn't see....
Hi everyone. My family rented a camp on tickfaw river for our annual family vacation, and I was wondering how is the fishing? Any advice on fishing tickfaw river/lake maurpas area? We plan on putting out some jugs somewhere too. Thanks in advance.

Planning a trip for grand isle next week. How has the fishing been? I usually start off on side the road between fourchon and grand isle, then I make my way to the island. I typically fish behind bridge side in the surf by the jettys for specks or on the other side of jettys for reds. Probably going to do some night fishing off the bridge also.Any reports on the islands?? Thanks in advance.
Been saltwater fishing the last past couple of months, but I want to try a little fresh water when I get back home from offshore. I was thinking about bayou black area. How has the fishing been there lately. Thanks

Coming home tuesday from offshore. From the heliport, Going straight to the house and hook up the boat. thinking about going to pointe aux chene for specks/reds...any reports? Thanks

Ill be heading down to Grand Isle with the family next Thursday and was wondering how has the fishing been. Ive been earlier in the summer surf fishing and torn'em up. How has it been down there lately???
