I know this question has been asked many times, but with my motor recently stolen I'm in the market for a new one. I loved my 25 Yamaha 2-stroke, but there getting harder to find in good shape and not too great on gas. Has anyone been out in the last few days in lake p. or lake borgne? Has the water cleared up at all yet? I was going to make a trip around there this weekend if I can find some half decent fishing water.

I have a Minn Kota 36volt RT101 trolling motor (2005-2008 model I’m assuming, used boat) that just recently stopped going forward at any selected speed. However, all speeds in reverse work fine and are strong. I think it’s a speed control issue but I’d like to get some other opinions before I start sinking money into it. Thanks guys

So I recently got a old new rig and am wanting to extend my fishing range an knowledge. I'd like to start fishing on the easten side of the bolix marsh area. I've read old reports of good speck fishing around ninmile, threemile, and blind bay but have never fished the area. I was wondering if all you experenced sportsman might have some tips and tricks for fishing those locations. Thanks

Anyone have a 2000-2007 skeeter bay boat that has had pump problems? I have a 2005 zx 22bay with a blown baitwell pump but am having some trouble getting to it. The only access I see is through the storage bins on either side of the boat, which isn't much room at all. Any ideas??????

Just recently bought a skeetet zx22 bay with a 2005 Yamaha 225 hpdi vmax and was wondering if anyone has or has used one of these engines. I've heard everything from terrible outboards to terrific so im a bit confused on the reliability of these engines. Anyone have any good information on trainning a waterfowl hunting dog? I am about to get a lab pup to train myself. I have another dog which I have trainned to do all the basics, but I am lost when it comes to the more complex stuff for reteving. Any information would be helpful. Thanks.
