Getting ready to change out boat trailer tires. Got the Goodyear Marathons on now but looking at the Tow-max ST215/R75/14 any info about this type of tire?Good -Bad

Got up this morning and this is what we seen. The water was covered with worms by the hundreds of millions.They are everywhere and not just in one spot.All over in the water. We had anouther VERY good night of fishing last night.Very nice specks.The specks were poping on the water like paronnas.Did not matter what you threw they would hit it on the run.The warm weather has brought them in thick!!! Went out to Weeks Bay to run the boat and made a couple of cast.Water was choppy but pretty clear. Caught seven lost three.Did not bring the tackle box or my rods except one that was under the deck with a split tail green with silver glitter tied on the end.Doing pretty good till my line broke.

The specks are showing up in large numbers at work.I lost more trying to get them over the handrail than I put on the deck.All were caught on plastic cockahoe under the flare.I bet I come back next week with a net.The biggest were lost trying to get them up.Made me sick but that's why it's called fishing LOL. Going to hit them again tonight and post results.Life is Good.

Hammered the specks again last night.Lost more trying to get over the hand rail than we caught. All caught on plastic.
Any reports on the bay? Specks were showing up in good numbers last week in close.Just curious to see. Going to hit it hard next weekend.

Took the grandsons fishing,and we where doing good till two boats saw we were catching fish and motored in 30 yards from where we were and threw anchor making all kinds of noise and was casting on top of us.Man that mad me so mad. Went fishing in Vermillion Bay yesterday.What's up with the bay? I went to all my honey holes yesterday and nothing.The water was pretty and lady fish where all over.I caught four sharks where I have never caught sharks.I usually limit out this time of year. Some nice blue cats caught in the ICW on jug lines.Nice day yesterday with over cast sky so my son and I went run the boat and put out twenty jug lines for a couple of hours and the cats were hungry. We had five very nice cats in about four hours with the biggest one breaking off.All were caught on cut mullet and shad.Going again Sunday
Is anyone catching any fish? No reports on the bay whats up with that? The reds should be running like crazy now and the specks at the pass.No fish or just no reports? I guess I will go out tomorrow and see for myself. Been tearing the specks up at work. Limits just about every day. Cote Blanche Reds.The bite was on for awhile but when the tide turned around so did the bite.Needed to get out earlier than I did witch was my fault.We lost four at the boat gota love that but still all in all had a good and blessed day.Croker galore we could have filled the boat.

Went fishing solo this morning after a buddy called to cancel out on our trip. Got to my honey hole about six AM. this morning and it was on. Went out to fish for specks and found a few at Marsh Island. Tried The Trash Pile and caught two and lost one.Then crossed the bay to the Island.Tide was out-going. Stopped at Bayou Blance and caught twelve nice specks. All fish where caught on LSU and Chicken on a Chain.

Made A fast trip out to Cote Blanche with my dad and brother-in-law that we went to yesterday. The bite was slow but the tide was not in our favor. My brother=in-law hooked into a bull red that must have been at least 36-40 inches if I was to guess. He fought it for 15 min.with out the fish tired out. My sister and her husband came in from Mississippi and I took him fishing for some reds.Well I played guide and it was not long when he landed his first red.It took all of thirty minutes to catch his first limit then I let him catch mine. We had a total of 10 reds in about a hour and fifteen minutes.We continued to catch and release red after red. We left them biting. All where caught on shrimp.... Read More
