Went to buy a young (16 year old) relative his first fishing license. His grades aren't the best so his mom and dad haven't gotten him a driver's license yet. Guy at Walmart says... "Sorry but without a driver's license or state I.D. from Louisiana he has to buy an out of state license. School I.D. means nothing."

Never seen anything quite like this before. When I caught the first one I thought it was an anomaly. When I caught the second one a short while later I didn't like what I was seeing. Anyone know why these reds look like this. The fins on the smaller one were all in very good shape and the fish had no ulcers. Just the tail was affected.
