Where is everyone putting in to make it to the trestles so the paddle isnt that bad? Also any suggestions on where to put in to try to make it to Polecat bend in Lake Borgne. Last week I was able to sneek off in the marsh off of hwy 11 and did well with the reds and a few specs, would like to get into more of the open water world.
Looking to put the kayak in the water one of the next 3 days after being cooped up with no ac for way too long. Was wondering if any of these areas are even worth getting in right now. Thanks for any suggestions.
