I have a 65 pound lab I would like to stud him out. He has good hips and eyes. They are certified. Has a very nice pedigree. He is out of utah and is a really nice dog. I have a junior title on him and will get a senior title this summer. This dog has a ton of drive. Here is a youtube video of him. Is the guy who hunted Manchac saturday here? He has a long tail go devil on a flat boat. He parked about 150 yards from me. He was in the middle of the pond sitting up in his boat with 5 sticks around his boat and no boat blind. I am glad there wasnt any birds or I might have been pissed at you. Thanks for the laughs. I have a number of a guy with a lease in a bean field. This guy is a stand up fellow told me since he is taking his beans out of his field late and wont have water in the field the first 2 weeks of season he will give a discount on the field. Does anyone have a GWP? I am looking at buying my dad one. We are used to having labs and goldens but looking for a dog that can hunt quail as well. I am looking for some opinions on this so let me hear them.

I have seen labs trained to hunt quail also.Dont have any....
I am looking for a Cheasepeake Bay Retriever puppy. Prefer a female in deadgrass, but not set on that. Anyone know where I can get one? Doesnt have to be close just within driving distance. Let me know guys.

get with me if i have time i would love to go i have a 15....
I won the draw this morning with high hopes. It didnt turn out so great. Breaking ice all the way to the blind that was built previously.Daylight hits all ducks land on other side of pond. So we move and set up shop. We ended with 6 mergansers, 2 greenheads, and one snow. We had a 15 year old so we let him go crazy on the trash birds. We did the second best out there. I hunted in Lottie,louisiana. It was two of us we killed 7. There was alot of action right at light then not much. Had 2 groups of mallards work but wouldnt commit. We kill 4 wood ducks. 1 teal. 1 gadwall. and 1 hooded merganser. We shouldve shot the teal at day light but we was holding out. Not many ducks seen though. I went hunting near alexandria saturday killed one and knocked another one down. There was no ducks at all. I might have saw 50 including high flyers. Anyone in north louisiana kill any?? I went near monroe scouting and didnt see a bird. Looks bad up there. Anyone seeing them?

We attempted to hunt Saturday morning, but the gods were....
I hunt public land especially more since I lost my lease. They have a public hole i duck hunt in. Its only big enough for 2 maybe 3 groups of duck hunters but has only side thats the best. Well me and a buddy got there at 330 to get the best spot. Well it was raining so we sat in truck untill we saw lights. Then we jumped out and started putting our waders on.
