Recipes in Louisiana
Has anyone ever steamed crawfish as opposed to boiling? I would like to give it a try and was wondering if anyone can give any tips or advice as to how to do it properly. How much water, how long to steam them, etc. Thanks!

When you open the trunk, who is really happy to see you??

Bass Fishing in Central Louisiana

Nothing spectacular, but upon closer inspection of the fish, I noticed about 1/2 inch of a fish hook and a swivel protruding out of the fish's bottom (poop exit hole). LOL, trying to be as kid friendly as possible. Just wondering if anybody else has ever seen anything like this. Is this what happens.... Read More
