My grandfather recently passed down a peace of land on larto lake to me. He had it for many years and it just sat not being used. Me and some friends are looking to make a duck hunting camp out of the land. I have never been to the lake or area but I've heard a lot about the duck hunting. Literally ANY information would be helpful! Can we hunt on the lake itself or is there a wma?

I bought a brand new godevil 3 days ago. Ran perfect out of water like a dream. When I took it out for the first hunt it would run for about 60 seconds then die every time. It seemed to only die when I put it in the water. Any suggestions?

I have a 14 ft Jon boat with a 16hp go devil. We mainly use it for duck hunting but I really wanna go try and catch a few specs and reds In it. Caught this big boy in a thicket chasing does weighed 185 and 15 1/2 inside spread! Aged him at 4 1/2 the rut is heating up and big boys are chasing!

I don't know if I'm wrong or right but it seems like I've noticed deer chasing earlier than usual. I hunt in Clinton and have seen 5 bucks running does hard not just checking them. Also had 2 decent deer fighting not sparring. Usually the rut starts around Christmas in my area is anybody else noticing it early or am I just seeing things?

2 man limit on Sunday. Not bad for our second ever duck hunt

Anybody been to the prairie lately? I'm going this weekend to set up a blind and may take my little cousin on a hunt. Wondering if its worth the time and if there's any ducks yet?
