I was huntin near St. Francissville and not 10 minutes into my hunt I had a doe and a yearling come out in me. I tried to draw back on the doe but she spooked and took off. Not 45 minutes later I had 4 deer in my food plot including this 9. I was lucky enough to get a shot off and take down my first bow kill. My first bow kill happened to be a great one! Saw plenty of deer the other evening and nearly shot a doe if it wouldn't have blown at me, but I'm glad I did because I never would have gotten a shot on this nice 9 point. Thank God and thank the great state of Louisiana for blessing me with this deer!
